A Car Accident

          I was just talking to my husband from the front seat when we felt a strong jerk and heard a loud bang. The car behind us had bumped into our car. Luckily, none of my children were injured.

          My husband got out of the car to find out what exactly had happened. There was another car behind the car which had bumped into us, the culprit driver. He was drunk! My husband called for the police. Before the police arrived, that drunk driver drove away.

         

          I took this opportunity to reinforce the importance of buckling the seat belt. My younger son truly remembered this - as we boarded a taxi to get home, he was the first one to buckle up.
